Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth across HM Group businesses. The role involves a blend of on-ground sales, digital marketing, and strategic promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Generate leads and convert prospects through direct sales, field visits, and client interactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and channel partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports, proposals, and follow-ups

Marketing & Digital:

• Manage and grow HM Group’s presence across social media platforms
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, WhatsApp marketing, basic ads coordination)
• Coordinate with design/agency teams for creatives, posters, and promotional materials
• Support branding initiatives, events, and promotional activities

Strategy & Coordination:

• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
• Work closely with internal teams to align sales and marketing goals
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
