Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Bangalore region

Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals

Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

1–4 years of experience in sales (industry-specific experience is an advantage)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to negotiate and close deals

Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset

Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Requirements

Experience in the Bangalore market

Knowledge of local language(s) such as Kannada is a plus

Two-wheeler/vehicle with a valid driving license (if field sales role)
