Job Description

Job SummaryThe Senior Sales Executive will lead high-value sales initiatives for ID Rooms, focusing on hotel onboarding, revenue growth, market expansion, and team guidance. This role requires strong field sales expertise, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality market.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentAcquire, onboard, and manage premium hotels, lodges, and serviced apartments
  • Negotiate commercial contracts, pricing, and commission structures
  • Drive room night growth and revenue targets for assigned territory
  • Develop corporate, group booking, and long-stay partnerships
  • Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets
  • Team Leadership & StrategyGuide and mentor junior sales executives and field teams
  • Support territory planning and target allocation
  • Share market intelligence and competitor analysis with management
  • Marketing & GrowthExecute local sales campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers
  • Coordinate with digital marketing and operations teams
  • Strengthen brand presence through partnerships and events
  • Reporting & Relationship ManagementMaintain CRM updates, sales reports, and forecasting
  • Build long-term relationships with hotel partners
  • Resolve escalations and ensure partner satisfaction
  • Required Skills & CompetenciesProven B2B / B2C sales experience in hospitality or travel industry
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to handle high-value accounts and large territories
  • Leadership mindset with team-handling experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Preferred QualificationsExperience with OTA platforms (OYO, Treebo, FabHotels, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, pricing, and inventory management
  • Local market knowledge is a strong advantage
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license
