Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales by meeting potential clients, presenting our services, and securing new business. This role requires fieldwork to meet customers and potential leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities by engaging with potential customers.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations of our solutions, including data center builds, GPON, surveillance systems, and automation services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in marketing activities, including promotional campaigns and customer outreach.
  • Provide accurate reports and forecasts on sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a relevant field.
  • Basic knowledge of our services: data centers, communication networks, GPON, surveillance solutions, and automation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Possession of a two-wheeler for fieldwork.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • For experienced candidates: Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) plus incentives and travel allowance.
  • For freshers: Starting salary of ₹15,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives and travel allowance.
