Job Description

Pixelfizz Nostalgia Beverages LLP manufactures and distributes Freshco Goli Soda in and around KR Puram region in Bengaluru.


Sales & Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and restaurants to ensure long-term partnerships.

Identify and target potential new customers to grow the customer base.

Conduct regular sales visits to current and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.


Maximizing Order Value:

Strategically recommend product bundles, promotions, and upsell opportunities to increase order value.

Monitor customer purchasing patterns and provide insights on how to maximize stock levels and order frequency for consistent sales.

Introduce and promote new product offerings to existing clients.


Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of Freshco Goli Soda's unique selling points, benefits, and competitive advantages in the market.

Educate clients on the benefits of Goli Soda and how it aligns with consumer trends and preferences.


Sales Targets & Reporting:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while consistently increasing revenue and order values.

Track and report on sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends to management.


Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.


Market Insights:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to provide strategic insights.

Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and opportunities for product improvements or promotions.


Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the beverage or foodservice industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Goal-oriented with a focus on maximizing sales and revenue.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Knowledge of retail and restaurant purchasing cycles is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
