Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Garage Equipment IndustryLocation: BangaloreIndustry: Automobile Garage EquipmentEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing garage equipment business. The role involves direct sales, dealer sales, lead conversion, and market development for automobile garage equipment such as tyre changers, wheel balancers, alignment machines, lifts, and workshop solutions.

This position is not for passive or comfort-seeking candidates. It requires field work, follow-ups, customer handling, and result-driven selling. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, serious about earning through performance, and willing to grow with the company.

Having a 2 Wheeler is a must for this job, as the Executive must be on rounds through bangalore, and for outside bangalore or other state orders we shall provide transportation.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Sales ResponsibilitiesGenerate new sales leads through field visits, calls, WhatsApp inquiries, social media leads, and referrals
  • Handle inbound leads from YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through proper product explanation and follow-ups
  • Visit garage owners, workshops, dealerships, service centers, and fleet operators
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable garage equipment solutions
  • Prepare and share quotations, follow-ups, and negotiation discussions
  • Close deals and ensure advance payments, documentation, and order confirmation
  • Coordinate with the operations and service team for delivery and installation
  • 2. Marketing ResponsibilitiesAssist in local marketing activities such as field promotions, dealer visits, exhibitions, and demos
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing, offers, and product trends
  • Identify new business opportunities, new locations, and potential dealer partners
  • Support digital marketing efforts by collecting customer testimonials, photos, and feedback
  • Promote company products through WhatsApp marketing, local references, and word-of-mouth
  • Build brand presence among garage owners and mechanics
  • 3. Dealer & Channel ManagementIdentify and onboard new dealers and distributors
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers
  • Support dealers in closing their customer deals
  • Ensure dealers understand pricing, schemes, and product benefits
  • Resolve dealer concerns related to sales, service coordination, or documentation
  • 4. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals
  • Ensure professional communication with customers at all times
  • Handle objections, pricing concerns, and trust-building conversations
  • Provide post-sale support coordination until customer satisfaction is ensured
  • Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • 5. Reporting & AccountabilitySubmit daily call reports and field visit updates
  • Maintain lead status updates (new, follow-up, closed, lost)
  • Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management
  • Take ownership of personal performance and improvements
  • Skills & Competencies RequiredCommunication SkillsFluency in Hindi, Kannada, and English is mandatory
  • Ability to explain technical products in simple, customer-friendly language
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Sales SkillsConfidence in closing deals, not just talking
  • Ability to handle rejection and continue follow-ups
  • Result-oriented mindset with hunger for incentives
  • Technical UnderstandingBasic understanding of automobile workshops and garage equipment preferred

  • Qualification & ExperienceMinimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate
  • Experience:

  • 1–4 years in sales or marketing preferred
  • Experience in automobile, tools, machinery, or industrial equipment sales is a big advantage
  • Freshers with strong communication and hunger to learn may also apply
