About PapertoobPapertoob is a premium paper straw and eco-packaging brand by Biddco Biocomposites Pvt. Ltd., based in Bangalore. We supply SGS-certified paper straws to leading hotel chains, restaurant groups, and HORECA distributors across India. With 8+ years of manufacturing heritage and proprietary water-resistance technology, we are scaling our distributor network and digital sales channels.

The RoleWe are looking for a young, energetic sales professional to drive distributor network growth and manage incoming B2B platform inquiries. You will be the first point of contact for new business leads and responsible for converting them into lasting distributor and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities•      Respond promptly to buyer inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other B2B platforms.

•      Identify, onboard, and nurture new distributors across India, with a focus on HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes).

•      Manage the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, quotation, follow-up, order closure, and post-sale support.

•      Build and maintain a distributor pipeline tracker with weekly reporting.

•      Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

•      Conduct market research to identify new geographies, segments, and competitor activity.

•      Support the Managing Partner on key account communications (hotel chains, institutional buyers).

•      Represent Papertoob at trade shows, exhibitions, and distributor meets as needed.

Qualifications•      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.

•      0–3 years of experience in B2B sales, distribution, or channel management (FMCG / packaging / HORECA preferred).

•      Comfortable working with IndiaMART and similar B2B platforms.

•      Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; Kannada is a plus.

•      Proficiency with basic CRM or sales tracking tools (Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, etc.).

•      Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork and travel.

•      Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred for local distributor visits.
