Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

1. Field Executive (Male Candidate)Responsibilities:

• Must own a bike and have a valid driving license
• Willing to travel to various events across the city/state
• Collect relevant company and event data
• Enter and update collected data in Excel sheets accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate or pursuing graduation
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Good organizational skills
• Must be punctual and responsible
• Ready to work in the field on a regular basis

2. Business Communication Executive (Female Candidate)Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze data collected by the field executive
• Communicate professionally with companies via email and phone
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings
• Travel to client offices along with the technical team when needed

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in client interaction and handling calls
• Basic knowledge of email writing and office tools
• Willing to travel for meetings as required

Incentive Plan:

• Apart from a fixed monthly salary, both candidates will receive incentive bonuses on successful business conversions.
