Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving occupancy, building brand visibility, and nurturing relationships with clients and corporate partners.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads and convert prospects into tenants through digital and offline marketing initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and channel partners.
• Conduct property visits, explain rental packages, and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that promote Rent N Stay’s offerings.
• Identify new business opportunities in the real estate and corporate housing sector.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet monthly targets.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, or service sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
