Job Description

We are looking for a Sales General—someone who doesn't just manage leads but hunts them down and closes them. You will be responsible for filling the exhibition floor and locking in high-ticket corporate sponsors.

💼 What You Will Sell

  1. Exhibition Stalls: To Real Estate Developers, Top Colleges, HR Consultancies, and Banks.
  2. Sponsorship Packages: Title Sponsors, Powered-By Sponsors, and Digital Partners.
  3. Digital Inventory: Ad space on our National Skill Challenge portal (High traffic).

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt & Close: Identify and pitch to decision-makers (CMOs/MDs) in the Real Estate, Education, and Banking sectors in Bengaluru.
  • Revenue Ownership: Own the entire sales target for the event. You are the engine that funds the expo.
  • Pipeline Management: Build a robust pipeline of exhibitors and sponsors immediately.
  • Negotiation: Structure deals, negotiate pricing, and sign contracts.

🦁 Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 1+ years in B2B Sales, Space Selling (Events/Exhibitions), or Real Estate Sales.
  • The Network: You MUST have existing connections/rolodex with Builders, Marketing Heads of Colleges, or Corporate CSR heads in Bengaluru.
  • The Attitude: Thick-skinned, relentless, and money-motivated. You don't take "no" for an answer; you take it as a "not yet."
  • Language: Fluency in English and Kannada is highly preferred; Hindi is a plus.
