Job Description

  • Promote and sell uPVC & aluminium windows and doors to residential and commercial clients
  • Generate leads through site visits, cold calls, references, and channel partners
  • Meet architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers to build long-term associations
  • Conduct product presentations and explain technical specifications to customers
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution
  • Follow up on payments and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales of uPVC / aluminium windows, doors, or related building materials
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of measurements, profiles, glass types, and hardware is an advantage
  • Ability to understand drawings and site requirements
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Willingness to travel locally for site visits
  • Preferred Candidate:Experience working with architects, builders, and real estate developers
  • Familiarity with brands, systems, and industry standards
  • Immediate joiner preferred
