Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Fleet / Automotive (Field Role)

Experience: 1 – 3 Years


At HiPER Automotive, we’re building intelligence inside vehicles — helping fleets reduce fuel costs, prevent breakdowns, improve safety, and gain real operational visibility. Our product isn’t sold through slides alone — it’s proven on the ground through pilots, installs, and real data.

We’re looking for a Sales Executive in Bangalore who enjoys being close to customers, understands on-ground operations, and can turn early pilots into long-term fleet deployments.

What it’s like to work hereYou’ll be part of a lean, execution-driven team, working closely with the founder, ops, and product teams. This is not a desk-only role — you’ll meet customers, attend installs, follow pilots closely, and play a key role in expanding deployments once value is visible.

It’s fast-paced and demanding, but deeply rewarding because your work directly impacts revenue, customer trust, and company growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Own on-ground sales efforts for fleets in and around Bangalore
  • Engage with fleet owners, fleet managers, and operators
  • Support pilot deployments and convert them into larger rollouts
  • Be present during demos, installs, and early usage to build confidence
  • Explain product value, alerts, and reports in simple, non-technical language
  • Follow up consistently during pilot phases and drive expansion conversations
  • Coordinate closely with ops and product teams to close the feedback loop
  • Build long-term customer relationships and referrals


What We’re Looking ForMust-Have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or field operations
  • Comfort with on-ground, customer-facing work
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and installs
  • Ownership mindset — ability to follow through end-to-end

Good-to-Have:

  • Exposure to fleets, logistics, automotive, or industrial customers
  • Experience converting pilots or trials into paid deployments
  • Startup or execution-heavy environment experience

Nice-to-Have:

  • Understanding of fleet operations, fuel costs, or vehicle maintenance
  • Prior work with workshops or service networks
