🧩 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Smart Marketing Manager (SMM) who can take complete ownership of marketing performance, reporting, and cross-team communication. This role is ideal for someone who blends analytical thinking with strong people and presentation skills to drive measurable growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage daily, weekly & monthly performance reports

Analyze marketing data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies

Present performance updates clearly to founders & stakeholders

Coordinate with the lead management & sales teams to monitor lead quality, follow-ups & closures

Act as a communication bridge between marketing, sales & leadership

Track funnels, conversions, CPL, ROI and highlight risks & opportunities

Support team alignment, execution clarity & performance improvement

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, growth, analytics, or performance roles

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Excellent communication, presentation & reporting skills

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams

Experience in team coordination, team building & teamwork

Proactive attitude with a strong growth mindset

Comfortable handling data, dashboards, Excel/Sheets & presentations

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
