Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end plot sales for residential and commercial projects
• Generate high-quality prospects via lead follow-up, field visits, digital campaigns, and broker/channel networks
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and strong follow-ups to ensure successful conversions
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with a high closure rate
