Job Description
- Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets for plot allotments.
- Lead Management & Conversion: Following up with leads, providing relevant plot options, and assisting with site visits to convert prospects into buyers.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Documentation & Legal Compliance: Managing booking documentation, ensuring plot registration, and handling legal aspects like approvals.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conducting research on competitor layouts, pricing, and local demand trends to define sales strategies.
- Team Leadership: Training, motivating, and supervising sales executives to achieve team goals.
- Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasting.
