We are looking for a highly driven Sales and Marketing Manager to spearhead our institutional and corporate marketing operations. The ideal candidate will craft and execute growth-oriented strategies, build strong client partnerships, and enhance brand visibility within the fire and security systems industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive institutional and corporate sales.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in institutional or B2B environments.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
