Uniwear is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in the industrial uniforms segment. The role involves identifying and developing new corporate clients, managing key accounts, and promoting Uniwear’s customized uniform solutions to industries such as manufacturing, construction, healthcare, hospitality, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and procurement teams.
• Present and promote Uniwear’s industrial uniform products and customization capabilities.
• Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Field work if possible
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support business strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing (preferably in textiles, uniforms, or industrial products).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel for client meetings.
