Role OverviewThe Head of Sales & Marketing will lead HomeRaaga’s growth across all property verticals — from traditional rentals to fractional investments. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and on-ground execution. You’ll drive revenue targets, strengthen the sales pipeline, and oversee marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales LeadershipBuild, train, and manage a high-performing sales team (field + inside sales).
  • Drive end-to-end property sales, rentals, and fractional opportunity conversions.
  • Set and track weekly and monthly sales targets; report performance to management.
  • Establish strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.
  • Collaborate with the legal and operations teams to ensure smooth closure of transactions.
  • Marketing & Brand GrowthOversee digital and offline marketing campaigns — Google Ads, Meta Ads, emailers, WhatsApp marketing, and local promotions.
  • Manage the creative pipeline (posters, property videos, and campaigns) with the marketing team.
  • Optimize listings on the HomeRaaga website, real-estate portals, and social channels.
  • Strengthen brand identity and engagement across online platforms.
  • Strategic PlanningContribute to pricing strategy, market expansion, and partnership initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales and marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with leadership to forecast demand and support business growth plans.
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 5+ years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
  • Strong understanding of Bangalore’s real-estate market.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred), lead funnels, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
