Role OverviewThe Head of Sales & Marketing will lead HomeRaaga’s growth across all property verticals — from traditional rentals to fractional investments. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and on-ground execution. You’ll drive revenue targets, strengthen the sales pipeline, and oversee marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales LeadershipBuild, train, and manage a high-performing sales team (field + inside sales).
- Drive end-to-end property sales, rentals, and fractional opportunity conversions.
- Set and track weekly and monthly sales targets; report performance to management.
- Establish strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.
- Collaborate with the legal and operations teams to ensure smooth closure of transactions.
- Marketing & Brand GrowthOversee digital and offline marketing campaigns — Google Ads, Meta Ads, emailers, WhatsApp marketing, and local promotions.
- Manage the creative pipeline (posters, property videos, and campaigns) with the marketing team.
- Optimize listings on the HomeRaaga website, real-estate portals, and social channels.
- Strengthen brand identity and engagement across online platforms.
- Strategic PlanningContribute to pricing strategy, market expansion, and partnership initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales and marketing strategy.
- Work closely with leadership to forecast demand and support business growth plans.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 5+ years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
- Strong understanding of Bangalore’s real-estate market.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred), lead funnels, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
