Job Title: Direct Sales Manager – Solar Consumer Sales

Location: Bangalore

About Us:

GRX10 Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing organization operating in the renewable energy sector, focused on providing sustainable solar solutions to individual consumers and businesses. We are expanding our sales operations and seeking an experienced Direct Sales Manager to lead our Bangalore team.

  • Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 7–10 direct sales executives selling solar solutions to individual consumers.
  • Drive sales targets through effective planning, team motivation, and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct field visits and ensure high conversion rates from leads to sales.
  • Train and guide the team on sales techniques, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide regular performance updates to management.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in consumer or field-based sales.
  • Fluent in English and Kannada (both verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated performance in achieving sales targets and managing a team.
  • Prior experience in selling edtech or rooftop solar for home or financial products (e.g., loans, insurance, credit cards) is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–8 years of relevant sales experience with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
