Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager Location: [Bengaluru / Yelahanka]

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales while providing excellent customer service.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new sales leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and networking
  • Handle inquiries from prospective buyers and provide property details
  • Arrange and conduct property site visits with clients
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Negotiate pricing and terms between buyers and sellers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and projects
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation and agreements
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
  • Requirements & QualificationsFemale candidates only
  • Minimum [ 2–5] years of experience in real estate sales (freshers may apply if confident)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel locally for site visits
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in residential or commercial real estate
  • Local market knowledge
