Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target premium hotels (e.g., ITC), cafés, restaurants, caterers, and corporates for product placements and regular supply.
  • Conduct daily field visits, product presentations, tastings/sampling coordination, and commercial discussions.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, walk-ins, references, networking, and market mapping.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose the right product mix, pricing, and delivery plan.
  • Close deals: negotiate rate contracts, credit terms, trial orders, and convert trials into repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for production planning, dispatch, invoicing, and quality feedback.
  • Build & manage a pipeline, maintain CRM/lead tracker, and share weekly sales reports.
  • Ensure collections follow-up as per agreed credit cycle (if applicable).
  • Track competitor activity, market pricing, and identify new opportunities.
