Job Summary The Sales Officer is responsible for driving life insurance revenue by strategically recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing team of independent financial advisors.

• Key Responsibilities Team Expansion: Identify, recruit, and onboard commission-based advisors to build a robust sales network.
• Training & Development: Conduct regular sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
• Performance Management: Motivate and guide advisors to meet and exceed their individual and collective business targets.
• Sales Leadership: Drive consistent sales volume through rigorous follow-ups, field coaching, and strategic team planning.
• Productivity Oversight: Monitor daily activities to ensure sustained team productivity and the achievement of organizational sales goals.
