Job Title: Field Sales Officer – Residential Real Estate (Bangalore)


Location: Bangalore (Field-based role across key micro-markets such as Sarjapur Road, Electronic City etc.)


Job Summary:


We are looking for a high-performing Field Sales Executive with strong experience in Bangalore’s residential real estate market. The role involves generating leads, managing site visits, and closing property sales with a target of 2–3 units per month. The candidate should be familiar with local market trends and capable of handling both domestic buyers and NRI clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Conduct site visits across Bangalore projects and deliver compelling property presentations
  • Build strong relationships with individual buyers and investors
  • Understand customer requirements (budget, location, builder preference) and match with suitable projects
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → site visit → negotiation → booking → closure
  • Follow up rigorously with prospects to ensure conversions within defined timelines
  • Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and banks for smooth transaction closures
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reports using CRM tools
  • Stay updated on Bangalore real estate trends, pricing, and competitor projects
  • Key RequirementsProven track record in Bangalore residential real estate sales
  • Demonstrated ability to close 2–3 property deals per month and exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Strong local market knowledge (pricing, builders, micro-markets like Electronic city, Sarjapur, etc.)
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to independently generate and convert leads
  • Strong communication skills in English + Kannada (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is a plus)
  • Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and weekend availability


Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree (Post Graduates preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–6 years of experience in Bangalore real estate sales
  • Experience selling apartments/villas in mid-segment or premium projects
  • Exposure to NRI client handling is an advantage


Performance Metrics


  • Monthly sales target: 2–3 units closed and exceed revenue targets
  • Conversion ratio from site visits to bookings
  • Lead generation volume and quality
  • Revenue contribution and customer satisfaction


Compensation


  • Fixed salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹8 LPA (based on experience)
  • Attractive incentives per closure (₹50K – ₹2L+ per deal depending on ticket size)
  • Travel reimbursement + mobile allowance
