Job Title: Sales Promoter

Note: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome, provided they are genuinely interested in sales and customer engagement roles.

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or showroom sales and should be able to communicate effectively with customers. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging walk-in customers, promoting products, creating brand awareness, and contributing to overall store sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and approach customers proactively inside the store.
• Initiate conversations to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, usage, and offers.
• Encourage customers to explore and experience the product.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the counter/store area is clean and well-organized.
• Identify potential customers and collect accurate contact details for follow-up.
• Share qualified customer leads with the sales team to support conversions.

Required Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail/store/showroom customer interaction (sales or promoter background preferred).

Open to candidates with any educational qualification.

Good communication skills in regional language; basic English is sufficient.

Friendly, confident and presentable personality.

Strong ability to explain and pitch products clearly.

Age limit: Up to 33 years.
