Job Title: Mobile Sales Executive

Job Summary

A Mobile Sales Executive is responsible for selling mobile phones, accessories, and related services while delivering excellent customer service. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their mobile and connectivity needs
• Promote and sell smartphones, accessories, and mobile plans
• Explain product features, pricing, and after-sales services clearly
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and products
• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash/card transactions
• Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness
• Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
• Record sales data and report to the store manager or supervisor

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales or retail experience (preferred but not always required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and mobile accessories
• Customer-focused attitude with a positive personality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Basic computer and billing system knowledge
