Sales & Service Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled individual to oversee Production, Sales, and Service Management for our operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, client handling, and AutoCAD design. The role involves coordinating across departments to ensure smooth production, effective sales growth, and prompt service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:Production Management

• Plan, schedule, and oversee day-to-day production activities.
• Ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the design and procurement teams for raw material and production requirements.
• Maintain production records and reports.

Sales Management

• Handle client inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with marketing and management teams to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals when required.

Service Management

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and after-sales service.
• Manage service teams and schedule visits for maintenance or troubleshooting.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service documentation.

Design / CAD

• Prepare and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Support the production and sales teams with design inputs and layout drawings.
• Qualifications & Skills:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Environmental, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in Production, Sales, or Service management (preferably in engineering or water treatment sectors).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate between departments.
• Customer-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
