Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.

2. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.

3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve objectives.

4. Conduct engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.

5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, accounts and logistics to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.

6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities and address potential challenges.

7. Provide ongoing training and support to clients on product usage, features, and best practices, as well as train internal team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.

8. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management.
