Sales Staff / Sales Advisor

Location: Multiple Locations

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store targets
• Drive KPIs such as conversion, ATV, UPT, and revenue growth
• Maintain store standards including VM, cleanliness, and stock display
• Assist customers with product selection and provide styling guidance
• Handle billing, POS operations, and basic cash handling
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment
• Build strong product knowledge and brand awareness

Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in Apparel / Footwear retail

• Strong communication and selling skills
• Target-driven mindset
• Energetic, confident, and customer-focused
• Immediate joiners preferred
