Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Varthur–Whitefield, Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a smooth in-store experience.

The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, recommending products, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily store operations. The candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and able to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting customers and providing excellent service
• Driving sales and achieving daily/weekly targets
• Maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Handling customer queries and resolving concerns professionally
• Supporting billing and basic store operations
• Coordinating with team members for smooth store functioning
• Assisting in stock handling and inventory management
• Supporting in-store promotions and sales activities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Salary

• Yearly Salary: ₹1,80,000
