We’re Hiring:  Sales/Support Business Development Executive (Full-Time)

Location: India (with willingness to travel as needed)

Experience: 0–1 years

CTC: ₹4 LPA (Negotiable)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and tech-savvy Sales / Business Development Executive who can represent OneShell confidently in front of potential clients. In this role, you will not only sell—you will understand business workflows, demonstrate our product, facilitate smooth implementations, and support clients throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand our software product thoroughly and deliver clear, compelling demos to potential clients.
  • Identify and analyse client business requirements and address basic technical queries with confidence.
  • Collaborate with our technical team by sharing client insights and ensuring seamless client-side implementation.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer success through consistent follow-ups.
  • Drive new business by reaching out to prospects, building relationships, and nurturing leads.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.

What We are Looking For in a Candidate

  • A graduate with strong computer proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Strong aptitude for understanding software and an attitude geared toward continuous learning.
  • A natural passion for sales and a genuine interest in marketing principles.
  • Ability to take initiative, present confidently, and build trust with clients.
  • High energy, positive mindset, and the resilience required in a sales environment.
  • Previous experience in software sales/marketing or knowledge of accounting is an advantage.
  • Must have a personal laptop for product demonstrations.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations across India when required.
