Job Description

The Sales Support Executive will handle customer inquiries and sales calls from the office, maintain organized sales records, and provide after-sales support. She will play a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers while ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Explain company products (e.g., lithium batteries, inverters, UPS systems) and coordinate with the technical or sales team when needed.
  • Maintain customer databases, update sales sheets, and manage follow-up schedules.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and product brochures as required.
  • Follow up with potential clients and update the sales team on lead status.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through polite and professional communication.
  • Coordinate internally with production, dispatch, and accounts departments.
  • Track sales orders, dispatches, and provide updates to clients.
  • Handle basic CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or Google Sheets.
  • Assist in organizing records for billing, delivery tracking, and customer feedback.
  • Support management with daily sales reports and performance metrics.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in office-based customer support or sales coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Comfortable with phone communication and professional email etiquette.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and basic computer operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-ups.
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in handling clients in the renewable energy or electronics sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or lead tracking tools.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly.

Growth Opportunities:
