Sales Support Executive

ROLE: CX Advisor -Sales

LOCATION: Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibility:

Engage in outbound calls to connect with potential customers, effectively promoting and assisting them navigate our diverse credit and finance products.

● Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the fintech and lending ecosystems to highlight the unique advantages of CheQ's offerings compared to competitors.

● Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products, addressing customer queries with finesse.

● Cultivate and nurture positive customer relationships through regular follow-up calls.

● Provide precise information about our products/services, including pricing and promotions.

● Strive for continuous improvement in key performance indicators related to sales and revenue.

Required profile:

Minimum experience of 1 year, with a grasp of the Fintech and Lending environments.

● Proven track record in telesales, focusing on Edtech,Fintech, Lending or Insurance products.

● Strong communication and negotiation skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

● Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
