Job Description
About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and driven Inside Sales Spoc to support our business development team. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers across industries for manpower solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Data Scraping
a. Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, Lusha, and Eazyleads to identify potential leads.
b. Collect and maintain accurate lead data for outreach campaigns.
c. Perform mail merge and email outreach to connect with prospects efficiently.
2. Business Development Support
a. Engage with decision-makers to understand their manpower requirements.
b. Schedule meetings and demos for the core business development team.
c. Maintain a structured log of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
3. Collaboration & Reporting
a. Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to refine outreach strategies.
b. Provide weekly reports on leads generated, meetings scheduled, and outreach performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
· Number of qualified leads generated weekly.
· Number of meetings scheduled with decision-makers.
· Accuracy and completeness of data captured in the CRM.
· Timely follow-ups and responsiveness to leads.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
· Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, Lusha, Eazyleads.
· Strong research and data collection skills.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
· Prior exposure to B2B sales or recruitment support is a plus.
