• To generate leads, make calls, achieve targets
• Lead and manage a team of telesales executives
• Make sure daily calling targets reached and monitor performance
• Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets
• Listen to call and provide regular feedback on the spot
• Train new team members on pitch, product, and sales process
• Handle escalated customer queries and closures
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Coordinate with marketing, accounts, and operations teams
• Ensure discipline, attendance, and reporting compliance

• Proven experience as a Telesales Team Lead / Senior Telesales Executive
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to motivate and control a sales team
• Experience in FMCG / Retail / B2B sales preferred
• Good knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, or call tracking tools
• Target-driven and pressure-handling ability
