Job Title:Senior Sales Field Executive – Water Softener & Water Treatment Solutions

Company Overview:At S9 AquaTech, we specialize in providing advanced Water Softening, Filtration, and Treatment Solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Job Location:Bengaluru

Job Type:Full-time | Field Sales Role

Experience Required:3–7 years in Water Treatment / Water Softener / RO / STP / ETP / Industrial Sales or similar industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, visit, and develop relationships with potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Generate new business by promoting Water Softeners, RO Plants, STP, ETP, and Filtration Systems.
  • Conduct site visits, analyze customer water conditions, and suggest suitable products or customized solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, client interactions, and payments.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, trade fairs, and product demos when required.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in field sales within the Water Treatment or Environmental Solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of Water Softener, Filtration, and RO system operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-intensive role.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools for lead and report management.
  • Must have a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
  • Education:Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or related discipline, OR
  • Graduate with strong sales experience in Water Treatment or Industrial Products.
