Job Description

We’re Hiring – Real Estate Sales Team Leader 🌟


📍 Location: Nagavara, Bengaluru, Karnataka

🏢 Work Type: Full-time | Work from Office | Day Shift

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives, presales, and callers

• Distribute and monitor inbound leads from marketing agencies, portals, and CRM

• Ensure lead response time within 5–10 minutes and strict follow-up discipline

• Monitor daily call activity, site visit scheduling, and CRM updates

• Handle hot leads, investor clients, and escalations

• Support the Founder in negotiations and deal closures

• Track and improve conversion ratios (Lead → Site Visit → Booking)

• Conduct daily huddles, sales reviews, and performance tracking

• Audit call recordings and improve pitch quality & objection handling

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, bookings, and closures

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports



🚀 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Team Handling

• Proven experience in leading and closing real estate deals

• Strong exposure to CRM systems, IVRS, and digital lead handling

• Experience working with channel partners and developers

• Graduate with excellent English communication skills

• Two-wheeler mandatory

• Age: 25–45 years

• Male candidates preferred
