Job Title: Team Leader – Insurance Process
Experience: 6 months in Insurance (paper/process-based experience also considered)
Key Skills:
- Strong English communication (mandatory)
- Knowledge of any regional language (preferred)
- Ability to lead and guide a small team
- Understanding of insurance processes and documentation
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the team in daily insurance operations
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance documents
- Coordinate with stakeholders and resolve process-related issues
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback
