🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for a result-driven Sales Team Leader to drive on-ground growth in the digital payments space. This role involves leading a field sales team, driving merchant acquisition, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets.

• 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and mentor a team of field sales executives
• Drive merchant acquisition for QR / Soundbox / POS solutions
• Ensure activation and onboarding of merchants
• Monitor team productivity, performance, and daily targets
• Conduct field visits with team members to drive performance
• Track KPIs, maintain reports, and ensure target achievement
• Implement strategies to improve team output and conversions

• 🔍 Candidate Profile3–6 years of experience in field sales / merchant acquisition
• Hands-on experience in QR / Soundbox / POS / digital payments
• Proven team handling experience (minimum 5 members)
• Strong understanding of local market and language (mandatory)
• Target-driven with strong execution and problem-solving skills
• Candidates from fintech / payments / telecom / BFSI preferred
