We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead our team of stylists and beauty professionals. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in salon services, passionate about beauty and wellness, and capable of driving business growth while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

• Oversee all salon operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Manage appointment scheduling and resolve any client issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies/equipment as needed.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff including stylists, receptionists, and assistants.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Create and manage staff schedules.

Customer Service

• Ensure clients receive top-tier service and leave with a positive impression.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Promote services and upsell products when appropriate.

Sales & Marketing

• Monitor salon performance metrics (e.g., client retention, sales targets, service usage).
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase client base.
• Plan promotional events and in-salon campaigns.

Financial Oversight

• Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and maximize profitability.
• Handle cash flow, billing, and daily reconciliation.
• Prepare financial and operational reports for ownership.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a salon manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of beauty and haircare services and trends.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in salon management software (e.g., Mindbody, Fresha, Salon Iris).
