Location: RR Nagar, Bangalore

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Base + Performance Incentives)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Salon Manager to lead daily salon operations, increase bookings, manage staff, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong customer service, sales, and team management skills with experience in the beauty or salon industry.

This role is critical in helping the salon grow from ₹5L to ₹8L+ monthly revenue through customer retention, upselling services, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salon Operations ManagementManage day-to-day salon operations.

• Ensure smooth functioning of appointments and service delivery.
• Maintain hygiene, service quality, and brand standards.
• Ensure staff punctuality and service efficiency.

2. Appointment & Booking ManagementManage daily appointment schedules.

• Fill empty slots through customer follow-ups.
• Handle phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in bookings.
• Maintain optimal utilization of salon staff.

3. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Maintain customer database and history.
• Follow up with previous clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

4. Sales & Revenue GrowthDrive salon revenue through service promotions and upselling.

• Suggest additional services based on customer needs.
• Promote packages, memberships, and add-on services.
• Work towards achieving daily and monthly revenue targets.

5. Staff ManagementSupervise salon technicians and service staff.

• Motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
• Ensure staff provides high-quality service to every client.

6. Marketing & PromotionsRespond to customer inquiries on Instagram and WhatsApp.

• Promote salon offers and campaigns.
• Encourage satisfied clients to leave Google reviews.
• Assist in executing local marketing initiatives.
• 7. Customer ExperienceEnsure every client receives a premium salon experience.
• Greet customers and guide them through service selection.
• Maintain the salon’s reputation through excellent service delivery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The Salon Manager will be evaluated based on:

• Monthly revenue growth
• Customer retention rate
• Number of bookings per day
• Average bill value
• Number of Google reviews collected
• Customer satisfaction and feedback
• Revenue TargetsCurrent salon revenue: ₹5L per month
• Expected growth target: ₹8L+ per month

Manager will receive performance-based incentives based on revenue growth.

Incentive Structure:

Revenue Achieved Incentive

₹6L => ₹5,000, ₹7L => ₹10,000, ₹8L => ₹20,000, ₹9L => ₹30,000, ₹10L => ₹40,000

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience as Salon Manager / Assistant Manager
• Experience in beauty, spa, or salon industry
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Sales-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of salon services
• Experience in reputed salon brands such as Naturals Salon, Lakmé Salon, or Toni & Guy is preferred.
