Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Ownership & Support

• Provide technical and production support to monitor, maintain, design, and continuously improve SPE’s Ariba On Demand (Buying & Invoicing) solution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the SAP Ariba On Demand (cloud) platform, covering configuration, functionality, release management, and adoption of new features.
• Monitor, maintain, and deploy interfaces between Ariba and S/4HANA via multiple technologies (Cloud Integration Gateway [CIG], PI, Open ICS, WebMethods).
• Possess a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA tables, configuration, master data, and integrations to optimize the Procure-to-Pay landscape.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integrations, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Partner with the SAP Development team to design and deploy Ariba functionality that is seamlessly integrated with SAP ERP and related systems.
• Establish and enforce integration and security best practices, ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.
• Provide oversight of system upgrades, patching, and release testing for both Ariba and S/4HANA environments.
