Job Title: Scheduler – Rentals & Airbnb Handling

Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Sunday
• Weekly Off: Tuesday
• Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key ResponsibilitiesRental Scheduling

• Schedule and coordinate property visits for rental clients
• Manage daily visit calendars for executives
• Follow up with rental leads and confirm appointments
• Update visit status and maintain accurate records

Airbnb Handling

• Manage Airbnb bookings and guest communication
• Coordinate check-in and check-out schedules
• Handle guest queries professionally and promptly
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Monitor booking calendars and ensure availability updates

Client & Team Coordination

• Ensure smooth communication between clients, guests, and executives
• Provide timely updates regarding schedules and bookings
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to bookings and visits

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Fluency in Kannada and Hindi is mandatory
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple bookings and schedules efficiently
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Prior experience in Real Estate or Airbnb handling is preferred

Salary

Salary as per industry standards
