Job Title: Security Field Officer Trainee

NOTE: Willing to work across South India

Job Summary:

As a Security Field Officer Trainee, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field security operations, managing security staff, and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. Your role will involve recruitment, training, and administration of security personnel, as well as handling muster roll collection, billing, and payment collection, you have to conduct night patrolling / guard checking

Key Responsibilities:

- Field Security Operations: Oversee daily security operations, including night patrolling and ensuring the safety of personnel and assets.

- General Administration: Manage security staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.

- Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, including labour laws and security regulations.

- Muster Roll and Billing: Collect muster rolls, process billing, and ensure timely payment collection.

- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and submit reports as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Required NCC B- certificate Mandatory

- Computer System knowledge Mandatory

- 2 wheeler bike & DL is Mandatory

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., security management, business administration)

- 1 years of experience in field operations or security management

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Familiarity with security regulations and labour laws
