π― Role Objective
Drive seller growth for Shopaluru by:
Calling local store owners
Booking appointments
Visiting stores
Demonstrating the product
Onboarding sellers
π This is a full-cycle role (lead β appointment β demo β onboarding)
π Location
Bangalore (Field + Calling)
πΌ Key Responsibilities
π Telecalling (Morning)
Call local grocery / retail stores daily
Speak with store owners or managers
Pitch Shopaluru briefly
Book 10-minute demo appointments
Maintain call records (Excel/CRM)
πͺ Field Onboarding (Afternoon)
Visit stores for scheduled demos
Explain Shopaluru app clearly
Handle objections confidently
Onboard sellers (install + basic setup)
Build trust with store owners
π Follow-ups (Evening)
Call/WhatsApp interested leads
Ensure store is active after onboarding
Coordinate with internal team if needed
π Daily Targets
80β100 calls/day
8β12 appointments booked
5β8 store visits
2β4 successful onboardings
π§ Required Skills
Must Have:
Fluent Kannada (very important)
Basic Hindi & English
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Confidence in face-to-face interaction
Willingness to travel locally
Good to Have:
Sales / telecalling experience
Familiarity with retail stores
Smartphone usage (apps, WhatsApp, etc.)
