Job Description
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective students and working professionals.
- Counsel students regarding online degree programs, certifications, and professional courses.
- Handle end-to-end online admission process, including documentation and enrollment.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable online programs.
- Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM tools.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students.
- Stay updated with course offerings, eligibility, and industry trends.
- Deliver excellent customer experience to maximize conversions and referrals.
