Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and reconcile financial accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management to inform business decisions

- Manage and implement financial controls and procedures

- Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory returns

- Collaborate with auditors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth audit processes

Requirements:

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Package:

- ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
