Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, taxation compliance, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting procedures, GST/TDS filings, tax management, and financial statement preparation. Proficiency in Tally Prime and statutory compliance is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee Accounts Payable and overall accounting operations

Perform ledger balancing and ensure accuracy of financial records

Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets

Conduct detailed accounts analysis and financial reporting

Handle GST/TDS filing, GST taxation, and ensure timely statutory compliance

Manage E-filing of ITR forms and tax accounting processes

Ensure compliance with taxation laws and regulatory requirements

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting reports

Implement and maintain proper accounting procedures and internal controls

Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes

Maintain accurate documentation and records for financial transactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (CA/Inter CA preferred)

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and tax management

Experience in Tally Prime

Expertise in balance sheet analysis and P&L preparation

Sound understanding of taxation and statutory compliance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience handling end-to-end accounting functions

Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws
