About Us: We are a leading apparel manufacturing group based in Bengaluru, producing denims, trousers, and traveler pants for our in-house brands and export markets (including the UAE). We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee all financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support management in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and coordinate with auditors for statutory compliance.
• Monitor inventory valuation, costing, and COGS in coordination with the production and inventory teams.
• Develop internal financial controls and ensure accurate documentation for audits.
• Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Liaise with banks, vendors, and government authorities as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or apparel industry.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / SAP (any accounting software).
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and integrity.
• Ability to lead a small accounting team and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
