Senior Accounts Executive

1. STATUTORY COMPLIANCE & FILINGS (Non-Negotiable)

• GST Operations: Monthly/quarterly GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), reconciliation, input tax credit optimization, and handling notices/assessments
• TDS Management: Monthly TDS computation, deduction, deposit, and filing of returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q), issuance of Form 16/16A, reconciliation with Form 26AS/AIS
• MCA Filings: Preparation and filing of annual returns (AOC-4, MGT-7), financial statements, board resolutions, and maintenance of statutory registers

2. DAY-TO-DAY ACCOUNTING EXECUTION

• Full-cycle accounting in Tally: journal entries, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS preparation and variance analysis for CFO review
• Insurance commission accounting and broker reconciliations
• Vendor and client payment processing with appropriate controls
• Expense tracking, budget vs. actual monitoring
• Maintenance of Records documents and their storage in physical and electronic form
• Banking operations
• Internal Assets mapping and periodic checks

3. FINANCIAL CLOSE & REPORTING

• Daye -End, Weekly, Month-end, quarterly and year-end closing activities
• Preparation of trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and fund flow statements
• Coordination with external auditors and tax consultants
• Documentation and archival as per retention policies
• Employee Benefit and Governmental Compliance reporting
