Role – Senior Analyst (SA) – Insurance


Job Summary

 

We are seeking a Senior Analyst – US Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to join our growing team. The role involves processing, analyzing, and validating insurance data for US P&C policies while supporting onshore clients. The candidate will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in underwriting support, claims handling, and policy administration processes.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen your expertise in US P&C insurance operations and develop strong analytical and client-handling skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end US Property & Casualty insurance processes, including policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and claims support.
  • Analyze and validate insurance data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with US insurance guidelines and client SLAs.
  • Support underwriting teams with data validation, risk assessment, and reporting.
  • Perform complex reconciliations, escalations, and investigations of discrepancies in policies or claims.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for onshore clients and management.
  • Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process updates for internal and client reference.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, onshore partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance process efficiency.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in US Property & Casualty insurance operations (policy administration, underwriting support, claims support, or related areas).
  • Strong knowledge of insurance terminology, P&C policy structures, and US insurance regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with insurance ERP / policy administration systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with onshore clients.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

 

 

Desired Skills

  • Hands-on experience in rating, submissions, endorsements, binding, Quotes, claims processing, and policy reissuance.
  • Exposure to US underwriting .
  • Familiarity with insurance reporting tools and automation
  • Knowledge of US insurance compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong team collaboration, mentoring, and client management skills
